PizzaRev is flirting with vegetable lovers this month with its LTO that packs cauliflower and kale pesto into a plant-based pie that veggie lovers can gladly plant their teeth in.
The seasonal special features pesto made with kale and pine nuts, along with buffalo milk mozzarella, goat cheese, red onions, cherry tomatoes and cauliflower roasted in red pepper and olive oil, according to a news release. Guests can also choose from three crust varieties.
"Our new seasonal special pizza is both healthy and hearty, the perfect combination to help our fans power through the mid-winter season," PizzaRev co-founder and co-CEO Nicholas Eckerman, said in a news release. "The process of lightly seasoning and roasting cauliflower brings out a natural sweetness that entirely transforms its flavor."
Guests can also add roasted cauliflower and kale pesto sauce to any pizza or salad as long as the special is featured.
