PizzaRev moves into Tennessee with rapid plans for growth

PizzaRev opened its first Tennessee location this week — one of four scheduled to open in the state this year around Memphis. The Tennessee expansion is led by Southern Restaurant Holdings, which owns and operates eight Steak n' Shake restaurants in Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee. A company news release said that the group maintains the highest average unit volume in the Steak n' Shake system.

Tennessee is the fourth state PizzaRev has entered this year, along with New York, Nevada and Ohio. The company in April made its international debut in Monterrey, Mexico. PizzaRev has 19 corporate-owned locations in Southern California and more than 200 more restaurants in development in the US and Mexico.
