Executive chef and restaurateurs Jim Cohen and Ken Wolf have announced the opening of Pizzeria da Lupo in Boulder, Colo.
The pizzeria serves wood-fired pizzas and is open daily from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. The menu includes a selection of pizzas in addition to paninis, antipasti, salads, beer, wine, dessert and specialty coffees.
"We want to be Boulder's pizzeria where people crave the pizza and love the whole experience," said co-founder Cohen.
