Pizzeria intros wine to supermarket

Chicago-based pizza chain Home Rome Inn has teamed with Stanger Vineyards of California's Paso Robles to offer its "Home Run Inn" branded wine to Chicago Jewel-Osco supermarket stores, according to theChicago Tribune.
The wine has been served in the six sit-down Home Run Inn Chicago locations for a couple of years.
The retail wine's labels tell the story of the Home Run Inn chain, inclulding photos of the founding family. Jewel-Osco officials renamed the chain's house wine "Vino Perrino" -- named after Home Run Inn CEO Joe Perrino -- to the name of the restaurant.
