Pizzeria lets Vietnamese customers make their own pies

The Saigon Times: Since pizza is a relative newcomer to the culinary scene in Vietnam, owners of California Pizza Works are giving citizens of Ho Chi Minh City a hands-on lesson on how to make it themselves. At the pizzeria, customers choose from an assortment of ingredients and follow assembly directions posted on a wall.
