Pizzeria pistol-whipper may be mob informant

Daytona Beach News-Journal (via Slice): Goomba's Pizzeria owner Joseph Milano, accused of pistol-whipping a customer who complained about a calzone he had ordered, may actually be a mob informant who is in the Witness Protection Program, according to people familiar with the case. Joey Calco was a noted mob informant whose testimony helped federal prosecutors convict several members of New York's infamous Bonanno crime family.
