Pizzeria waitress arrested over tip forgery

The Tennessean: A waitress at the Pie in the Sky pizzeria in Brentwood, Tenn., has been arrested for allegedly forging a $10 tip on a customer's credit card receipt. The customer had paid her bill with a credit card but had left a cash tip.
