Posh Tomato seeking franchisees to develop high-profile locations

July 7, 2015

Looking to bring its ultra-thin crust, brick oven pies to a broader audience nationwide, Posh Tomato, a Brooklyn-based fast casual pizza franchise, is actively seeking franchisees to open restaurants in the Mall of America and American Dream Mall in New Jersey, among others, according to a company press release.

An open concept, Posh Tomato's natural wood and other raw materials are simple, yet modernize the traditional, vintage pizzeria. To showcase its contemporary layout, the company is focused on leveraging prime real estate for its franchisees through a partnership with Triple Five Worldwide, which develops, owns and operates an extensive portfolio of top retail and entertainment complexes worldwide, Solomon Sarway, co-founder of Posh Tomato, said in the release.

"Our versatile and attractive shop design allows us to fit Posh Tomato in virtually any space," he said. "Developers are anxious to build our customizable pizza concept in these top-notch locations to meet guests' demand for a uniquely tailored meal made with fresh, locally  sourced ingredients in a chic dining environment."

Posh Tomato is currently scouting franchisees for these locations:

  • American Dream (East Rutherford, N Jersey)
  • The Westchester (White Plains, New York)
  • Menlo Park Mall (Edison, New Jersey)
  • The Edge in Williamsburg (Brooklyn, New York)
  • Seaport District (New York, New York)
  • Mall of America (Bloomington, Minnesota)
  • American Dream (Miami)
