RedBrick Pizza parent names new CEO

Brix Holdings LLC, parent company of RedBrick Pizza Kitchen Cafe, has named operations executive Craig Erlich as its new CEO. As the new organizational leader, he will guide the growth of not only RedBrick, but also the company's other brands, including Red Mango Yogurt Café Smoothie & Juice Bar, Smoothie Factory Juice Bar, Souper Salad and Greenz. 

Erlich has served as president and COO of the company's franchising concerns for the past two years. A news release said that during that time he established franchisee advisory groups, spearheaded the launched of fresh made-to-order juices at Red Mango and Smoothie Factory and oversaw the development and launch of a new store design for those brands, as well as RedBrick and Souper Salad. 

"As CEO, I look forward to coordinating all of the resources of the company to achieve our growth objectives and to better support our franchisees," Erlich said in the release. "We continue to push the boundaries of our better-for-you category with a fantastic team in place."
