Helping restaurateurs keep pace with the explosive growth and change in restaurant tech is among the benefits touted by POS provider, Revel Systems, and its just-initiated concierge services for the brand's Essentials and Enterprise POS customers, a news release said.
The company acknowledged that many restaurant operators have neither the time or expertise to get the full value from their tech investments, but the new program is designed to help with that. The services, which are customizable to meet specific client needs, are also structured to help businesses strategically manage their growth, and in some cases, even outsource their POS administration.
The initiative offers the company's customers everything from industry insights webinars and round-the-clock support to a two-tiered performance services program designed to boost POS efficiencies and employee engagement, while hitting operational objectives. Other perks of the program include certification services and training designed to further specific business needs.
"Most restaurants and retailers use a fraction of the technology available to them because they don't have the resources to get it operationalized. ..." Revel Systems Chief Customer Officer Leslie Leaf said in the release. "Through our Concierge Services, our customers can focus on being entrepreneurs and we'll handle the technology side of their business."
