Robber murders CiCi's Pizza employee, shoots another

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- One employee was killed and another was wounded during a March 16 robbery at a CiCi's Pizza restaurant in Charlotte.

According to the Associated Press, manager Arnulfo DeJesus Estrada unlocked the front door to let some employees out after the store was closed. The robbery suspect then entered through the front door and killed Estrada.

Investigators said the suspect then robbed and shot manager Abdeil Flores-Mondragon before fleeing through the front door.

Flores-Mondragon was treated and released from Carolinas Medical Center.
