Rosati's deploys hiring tech to ensure 'great customer service'

Hireology, provider of employee hiring and selection management technology for franchise systems, announced a partnership with Rosati's Pizza to provide a hiring process across more than 100 Rosati's franchises.

Hireology, provider of employee hiring and selection management technology for franchise systems, announced a partnership with Rosati's Pizza to provide a hiring process across more than 100 Rosati's franchises.

Rosati's Pizza, a Chicago pizzeria with locations in thirteen U.S. states, previously had no system wide hiring process in place. With Hireology, franchisees can gain more insight into hiring decisions that lower turnover rates and increase productivity and profitability, according to the announcement.

"Consistently making the right hires can be challenging across so many franchise locations," said Marla Topliff, president of Rosati's Pizza, in a statement. "This partnership with Hireology will ensure that we're adding the right people to the Rosati's family and continuing our long-standing tradition of great customer service and delicious food."

The large number of variables across a franchise system makes the hiring process complicated, Hireology said in the announcement.

"With 75 percent of franchisees reporting trouble with their hiring process, the service we offer is valuable to a large number of franchise brands," said Adam Robinson, founder and CEO of Hireology. "Our customizable platform provides the tools to attract and retain candidates with the experience, skills and character best suited for the open position."
