Rotolo's rolls out first Texas store

October 19, 2018

Texas' first Rotolo's Craft and Crust has opened on North Dallas Parkway in Frisco, Texas, and is celebrating on Monday, Oct. 22 with an official giant pizza and ribbon-cutting ceremony, hosted by the city's mayor, who will also take a bite of the mega-pizza as part of the event, a news release said.

Customers will also get some grand opening perks when the first 100 customers in line receive passes for a year's worth of free pizza. And from 5 p.m. to close that day, local brewery Tupps will be on hand with free samples and swag.

"We couldn't be more excited to bring our revolutionary new prototype to Frisco — the first in Texas and fifth systemwide — and look forward to celebrating with the community on Monday," said founder and CEO Mitch Rotolo, Sr., in the release. "We have experienced great success since opening our doors on Oct. 1 and want to thank the community for welcoming us with open arms. We've already had the honor of raising money for FastPacs and look forward to continuing our involvement and becoming an integral part of the community."

Rotolo's now has over 30 franchises throughout Louisiana, Texas, Alabama and Florida.
