SCA donates paper products for hurricane relief

NEENAH, Wis. — SCA Tissue North America, a manufacturer of away-from-home tissue products, is donating 34,560 rolls of paper towels to Feeding America to help victims of hurricanes Gustav and Ike.
Feeding America, a national domestic hunger-relief charity, will be distributing the donations to the Greater Baton Rouge, La., and Houston Food Banks. "Victims of these hurricanes now face having to rebuild their lives, and it is the responsibility of corporate America to pull together and give them the resources to do so," said Don Lewis, president of SCA Tissue North America. "These victims can't take anything for granted — not even paper towels. With our donation, we hope to provide them with both functional resources as well as a sense of the emotional support."
