Schlitz, Lou Malnati's pizza headed to Iraq for Super Bowl

Chicago Sun-Times: Two thousand pizzas from Lou Malnati's Pizzeria in Chicago, and three pallets of Schlitz beer, will be packed up Friday and flown to Iraq courtesy of delivery company DHL. Earlier this month, the top U.S. commander in Iraq, Gen. Raymond Odierno, issued a waiver allowing soldiers to drink beer on Super Bowl Sunday.
The waiver is a break from military rules that prohibit alcohol consumption in the Islamic country. Schlitz has a tradition of providing beer to soldiers that dates back to World War II.
