The Associated Press: Frustrated by a lack of progress in the FBI and state police investigation into the death of pizza driver Brian Wells, his siblings have launched a Web site (brianwells.net) they hope will attract informants who may know more about why Wells was killed by a bomb locked around his neck in August of 2003.
Wells, 46, of Erie, Pa., was killed as he sat handcuffed while waiting for a police bomb squad to arrive and defuse the explosive device. Before it exploded, Wells had robbed a nearby bank. When he was pulled over, Wells told police that while he was making a delivery, he was accosted and forced to wear the bomb. He was then told it would be detonated if he didn't follow a lengthy list of instructions to rob a bank. (Read also A year later, 'pizza bomber' is still a puzzle.)
