Spinach Clásico added to Pizza Patrón menu

Pizza Patrón has made its most successful limited time offering item, the Spinach Clásico, a permanent part of its menu.

The Spinach Clásico features fresh spinach and mozzarella, a creamy Alfredo sauce base spread on a hand-crafted dough shell. The item is available at all Pizza Patrón locations for $6 for a medium and $8 for an extra large, family-sized pizza.

“We have served our Spinach Clásico as an LTO before during Cuaresma (Lent), and it was the most successful LTO in our company history,” said Andrew Gamm, brand director for Pizza Patrón. “We brought it back for Cuaresma again this year and have already decided to add it to our menu permanently because customers love it.”

Gamm added that the company is focusing more on innovation and variety, and plans on introducing new Latin flavors in many upcoming LTOs.

The Dallas-based pizza chain recently opened its 100th retail location and plans to continue focusing on expanding its retail footprint in new markets through franchising.
