St. Louis cheese tradition continues

St. Louis Post-Dispatch: St. Louis-style pizza depends in large part on a cheese that for years wasn't available anywhere else in the world. The distributors of provel, a processed combination of Cheddar, Swiss and provolone, have launched a Web site where those craving the cheese can order it and have it shipped anywhere in the country.
