QSR, Stoner's Pizza Joint, will expand its footprint with three new Georgia locations that will be operated by existing South Florida franchisee, John Stetson. This new partnership supports Stoner's Pizza Joint's plans to further develop the Georgia market, a news release said.
In fact, the first store opened this week in Warner Robins on Georgia Highway 96.
"2020 is going to be an exciting year for Stoner's Pizza Joint with the acceleration of our franchise program and strategic growth with strong multi-unit operators," Stoner's Chief Concept Officer Nick Bergelt said in the release. "It's been a wonderful journey with John (Stetson), introducing the brand to Florida and the new growth plans for the Georgia market is no exception. …Georgia is a prime market, and we look forward to propelling our brand's presence further in the state and expanding into new markets."
The brand began franchising two years ago, with expansion concentrated in the southeastern U.S. The chain is seeking franchisees with multi-unit operator experience and a net worth of $250,000 to help it grow. Stoner's is based in Charleston, South Carolina with 10 U.S. locations.
