The Loop Pizza Grill turns to Southwest flavors

Beginning Jan. 13, the Loop Pizza Grill will feature its Southwest Zest Fest. The new menu options include the Southwest Zest Fest chicken sandwich or burger; both are topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, pepper Jack cheese, grilled jalapenos and avocado.

The promotion runs until March 15.

"We wanted to add a little something extra to our classic sandwiches - adding the Southwest style adds to our already flavorful food," Cathy Manzon, director of marketing for The Loop Pizza Grill, said in a news release. "It's like an explosion of flavors with the spice from the jalapenos and the creamy, fresh and cool taste from the avocado."

The Southwest Zest Fest sandwiches are available at all Loop locations and will cost $8.79 (prices vary per location).
