ClaudeFox Business:Cici's, Papa John's and Papa Murphy's Take & Bake Pizza provided the best customer service among pizza restaurants in 2007, according to the results of a survey released by Corporate Research International.
Each quarter, more than 2,500 respondents rated their perception of each business' customer service on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest possible score. The scores from all four quarters in 2007 were averaged to determine this year's winners.
