Wisconsin-based, Toppers Pizza, has named a former retail digital manager to head its e-Commerce efforts. The brand said in a news release that Tina Revell assumed the role of director of e-Commerce this past June, bringing a background in digital innovation to the company.
Toppers said it has invested in the proprietary Pizmet platform that it feels will help the brand grow online sales. One of Revell's initial tasks is to make that digital transition, while also creating more compelling upsells, coupons and features for the Toppers Pizza customer.
"Digital is the heart of what our customers are doing every day and the PIZMET digital platform will guide how we speak to them (digitally) and the way we employ our e-commerce strategy," Revell said in the release.
Revell was previously senior manager of digital optimization and personalization at Foot Locker, where she focused on digital merchandising. She has also worked Shopko and RetailMeNot.
