Akron Beacon Journal: Three teen-agers are accused of assaulting a pizza delivery driver in Akron, Ohio. The trio, ages 17, 15 and 14, approached the 22-year-old Marciano's Pizza employee around 1:30 a.m. on Dec. 28 and demanded cash.
When he refused, one teen hit him in the face with what appeared to be a bottle, police said.
The driver's chin was cut and some of his teeth were knocked out, but he made it to his car. The teens threw sticks and ice chunks, breaking the driver's side window, police said.
