Trio of thieves rob Hungry Howie's Pizza unit

WATERFORD, Mich.—Police officers arrested two of three men allegedly involved in a robbery at a Hungry Howies' Pizza store on June 19.

Police say the men, armed with handguns and wearing bandanas over their faces, entered the business through a back entrance at 3:30 p.m. The men demanded money from an employee and fled with an undisclosed amount.

An officer nearby was notified of the incident and gave chase on foot. When backup arrived, two of the men were captured and arrested. Police recovered two handguns at the scene.
