Tyson Food Service has launched its Red Label Boneless Wings, which feature more flavors at lower costs.
The new line of boneless wings was designed to lower food costs by up to 20 percent. They’re available uncooked or fully cooked and with Homestyle or Golden Crispy breading.
Research has shown that operators who offer boneless wings on their menus alongside their bone-in counterparts can increase total wing sales by as much as 30 percent.
