UK Dominos in hot water over Hot Stuff pizza

Argus Leader (Sioux Falls, S.D.): Sioux Falls-based Hot Stuff Foods has filed a lawsuit against the United Kingdom Domino's Pizza chain alleging infringement of a product name that Hot Stuff trademarked more than a decade ago. Hot Stuff CEO John Fontana said the Domino's chain has been using the tagline, "Hot Stuff Pizza," to describe a spicy pizza Domino's is promoting.
Fontana said Hot Stuff Foods registered the name 11 years ago through a European Union-wide trademark contract.
