Uncle Maddio's introduces money-back guarantee program

Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint has introduced a new "Served with Love Guarantee." As part of this new initiative, if a customer isn't completely satisfied with an Uncle Maddio's experience, the brand will build a new pizza or offer a refund, according to a news release.

"As a next generation pizzeria where customers can select from nearly 50 toppings to create a truly personalized meal, we believe it's not only important to give them high quality food but service as well," CEO Matt Andrew said in the release. "We stand behind everything we do with our Served with Love Guarantee and see it as a formal commitment to ensuring our customers have the best experience ... With the addition of the guarantee, you have our promise that you'll leave satisfied."
