Uncle Maddio's opens 1st units in New York

Uncle Maddio's has signed a three-store development agreement with franchisee, Rajesh Parihar, to open the brand's first New York locations in the upstate counties of Albany and Saratoga, as well as the city of Troy. 

"We couldn’t pass on the opportunity to introduce New Yorkers to what we believe is the best NY-style, craft pizza around — a homecoming for us in a sense!" said CEO Matt Andrew in a news release. "And Rajesh won us over with his passion for our brand and eagerness to join the Uncle Maddio's family. A win-win in all aspects."

Parihar is a veteran of the IT and consulting industry and lives in the Latham area.
