Uno Chicago Grill to launch QSR concept

Boston Herald: Casual-dining pizza chain Uno Chicago Grill is launching a quick-service concept to be called Uno Due Go. The first two locations are slated to open next spring at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, with additional outlets planned over the next few years.
