Morristown, New Jersey-based Villa Italian Kitchen today announced the winner of its Holiday Wish & Win Sweepstakes and the grand prize of $3,000.

Morristown, New Jersey-based Villa Italian Kitchen today announced the winner of its Holiday Wish & Win Sweepstakes and the grand prize of $3,000, Hamilton, New Jersey resident, Shawn Monforte.

"Timing was like a miracle come true," said Monforte, whose 16-year old son Nate was diagnosed with the life-threatening illness ITP, an autoimmune blood disorder. Her son's body does not produce enough platelets to stop bleeding. "Winning this prize is a miracle that will truly help in so many ways during this very difficult time."

The winnings will help pay for his son's service dog needed for therapy, Monforte said.
