Wash. Town bans sign shakers

NorthWest Cable News: Woodinville, Wash., passed a sign ordinance in January banning human sign holders on city streets, saying it could be a potentially dangerous distraction for drivers. Mark Jacobson, the owner of a local Round Table Pizza franchise, says the regulation has caused his business to plummet.
