Your Bag Lady intros PizzaHot bag for carryout

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Your Bag Lady is introducing a new insulated take-home bag for carryout customers, called the PizzaHot.

According to a news release, the PizzaHot can hold two 18-inch pizzas at 160 F for up to 30 minutes.

"Since most people choose a place for takeout pizza that's less than 30 minutes from their home, they can now take it home and eat it hot right from the box," said Marjorie Upton, president of Your Bag Lady. "The bags are reusable and washable, and since the oil from the pizza box can't seep through the bag, it also keeps the car seat clean."

The bag is recommended for resale to carryout customers for $2.95, and it can be custom printed with an operation's logo and contact information in lots as small as 400. (Read also In the Bag.)

"Since the bags are reusable, we think that builds store loyalty as customers have the store name and phone number in front of them when they call to order," Upton said.

Franchisors who order 90,000 or more bags for franchisees can duplicate their box design in four-color process printing, further building brand recognition.
