Orlando Business Journal: WINTER PARK, Fla. — All it takes to become the hot new restaurant in town is some dough, some sauce, a little wine and a ton of imagination, blended with years of hard work.
That's the recipe ZaBella LLC's CEO Don Shaver and COO Mike Coutu followed to open ZaBella Ristorante.
The concept for ZaBella started out as a restaurant inside a grocery store, serving fresh-baked pizza and sandwiches.
