Biju's Little Curry CEO gives tips on how to win big with retail partnerships

Biju Thomas, founder of Biju's Little Curry Shop, has a passion for serving healthy food,and it was evident during his 15-minute talk at the Restaurant Franchising and Innovation Summit in Dallas. 

"The food that we eat matters," he said. "The customers have to feel good not only when they eat, but when they get home."

Thomas discussed how he came to partner with Whole Foods and gave tips to other restaurateurs hoping to make similar partnerships.
