C-Speak: How Hopdoddy relies on tech to customize training, showcase brand culture, streamline openings

Hopdoddy Burger Bar has taken every aspect of workforce management digital to enhance its in-person training, onboarding, and management procedures. The Austin-based fast casual chain uses HotSchedules to not only build and track schedules, but also to streamline communication and reporting, and to share training initiatives across its 18 locations with 1,000 employees. 

"At Hopdoddy our mantra is, 'Best today, better tomorrow,'" Kelly McCutcheon, the Director of Training at Hopdoddy, said in a recent interview with FastCasual. "And we have used technologies partnering with Hotschedules to really help us find that better tomorrow."
