Back to the Basics takes a deep look at the restaurant industry workforce

There's just under a million restaurants in the United States and 10 percent of the workforce is employed by the restaurant industry. Until now, no one has positively documented this massive industry we all interact with every day. In episode #046 of the Social Restaurant Podcast, I welcome Erle Dardick and Mike Tyler, the creators of Back to Basics, a restaurant documentary.

Erle, CEO of Monkey Media and writer of Back to Basics, is back on the show for the second time, the first being episode #013 on restaurant catering.
