Grimaldi’s Pizzeria rolls out fall menu, adds energy drinks

Grimaldi's Pizzeria has launched its Fall Favorites menu featuring Buffalo chicken dishes and seasonal cheesecakes, while adding three energy drinks and an expanded lunch combo to its permanent menu, the company has announced.

Available through Dec. 7, the seasonal menu includes a Buffalo Chicken Pizza topped with fire-braised chicken breast, Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauce, mozzarella and Gorgonzola cheeses, and celery. A Buffalo Ranch Chicken Salad offers the same Buffalo-style flavors atop the chain's Garden Ranch Salad.

For dessert, Grimaldi's is offering Pumpkin Cheesecake with a cinnamon sugar cookie crust, whipped cream and caramel sauce, along with a Caramel Apple Cheesecake featuring diced green apples and caramel.

The pizza chain also is expanding its beverage lineup with three permanent Power Punch energy drinks made with Red Bull. The new varieties include Desert Pear, Tropical Peach and Strawberry Melon. Additionally, Grimaldi's has expanded its Slices ASAP! lunch menu with a two-slice combo that includes a soda or iced tea for $10.99. The new option joins the chain's existing single-slice lunch offerings.

The Fall Favorites menu is available for dine-in and takeout at participating Grimaldi's restaurants nationwide.
