Grimaldi's Pizzeria has launched a limited-time seasonal menu, Red, White and BBQ, at locations nationwide, according to a press release.

The menu will be available through Sept. 14 and features items inspired by upcoming national and global milestones, including the 250th anniversary of the U.S., the Route 66 centennial and the FIFA World Cup.

Menu options include the BBQ Chicken Pizza made with Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce, chicken, bacon, red onion and cilantro. The brand is also adding a Strawberry Spinach Salad with feta cheese, red onion, walnuts, strawberries and strawberry vinaigrette.

The beverage lineup features the spirit-free Liberty Cooler, made with blue curaçao flavor, watermelon syrup, lemon juice, maraschino cherries and Starry. Alcoholic drinks for guests 21 and older include the Watermelon Sun'gria, which blends Chardonnay with watermelon syrup, lime and pineapple juices, and the White Strawberry Mule, made with Tito's Handmade Vodka, white strawberry syrup, lemon juice, and ginger beer.

The summer dessert selections consist of a Strawberry Cheesecake and a Celebration Cheesecake, which features a vanilla cheesecake on a Nilla wafer crust with red and blue sprinkles.

The seasonal menu will be available for dine-in, carryout and delivery through the restaurant's website, mobile app and third-party delivery services.
