HarbisonWalker International heats up pizza industry with OVENZZ

Harbison Walker International is rolling out Ovenzz, firebrick and refractory ceramic material solutions, for residential brick ovens.

The line of products includes Ovenzz brick, LW cast, cast, and mortar. Each application is designed to improve heat efficiency and meets the American National Standard International Standard 51. The line offers 360-degree coverage for floors, walls, and ceilings that minimizes heat loss and improves safety.

"Consumers are craving authentic food preparation, customized fast pizzas, artisan breads and fire-roasted, even charred foods. In response, we created the OVENZZ line [for] every industry that requires exceptional performance in high-temperature environments. It's a scalable solution for everyone from the outdoor oven home cook, to food trucks, restaurants and major manufacturers," said Carol Jackson, senior vice president and general manager at HarbisonWalker International.
