H&R Block customers get $10.40 gift card from Papa John's Pizza

The Courier-Journal: Customers using H&R Block's online TaxCut program will receive a free gift card worth $10.40 from Papa John's Pizza. The partnership marketing offer is good through April 16. Cards expire 60 days after they are issued.
