International Restaurant Show of NY opens Sunday

NEW YORK — The 14th annual International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York will open March 4 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.
Sessions and exhibits include: Going Trans Fat Free; The Ultimate Barista Challenge; New Product Gallery; Japanese product demonstrations; the 18th Annual U.S. Pastry Competition; New York Pizza Show; and the New York Wine Expo.
