Mici's kids' New Year includes personal dough balls to play while you wait

Youngsters kind of get the shaft on New Year's Eve, but Denver-based, Mici Handcrafted Italian is again taking steps to remedy that with the return of their "Kids' New Year's Eve" at all five of their Denver-area locations, a news release said. 

The youngster-focused party has a 6:59 countdown, allowing parents to bring their clan in early for a more age- and sleep-appropriate celebration for the super-young set. The party includes noise-makers, favors, Mici's all-natural Bambini Menu and that countdown to the new year at 6:59 p.m. and sparkling cider toast at "midnight" (aka 7:00 PM). 

That kid's $4 menu includes offerings like kids-sized pizzas, bow-tie pasta, organic chocolate or regular, grapes or grape tomatoes and most importantly, a personal ball of pizza dough to play with while they wait.
