Mozzarella bar opens in N.Y.

New York Times: The newest location of mozzarella bar ObikÃ will open in New York on Sept. 22. The restaurant, which also has locations in Rome, Milan, London, Turin and Parma, focuses on mozzarella di bufala, made from water buffalo milk.
