My Pie LTO as 'American as apple pie'

My Pie in introducing a seasonal LTO in its savory apple pie that includes garlic Evoo, mozzarella, gorgonzola, bacon and caramelized golden apples on a hand-stretched dough crust and topped with toasted pepitas and chiffonade basil, a news release said.

"The Savory Apple Pie is our way of taking two classic American dishes and combining them for the ultimate savory treat," My Pie Head of Culinary Innovations Ryan Mitchell said in the release. "The result is a unique twist on pizza that perfectly complements our belief that everyone can have a pizza their way."

My Pie is a fine casual pizzeria concept based out of Phoenix, Arizona, with locations now in five states.
