Toledo-based mystery shopper company IntelliShop said today it has created a brand standards and compliance division to tackle three franchise/chain brand areas of operation, including brand standards compliance, loss prevention and royalty assurance. Former Dunkin' Brands and Quiznos executive Mike Mershimer will serve as the new division's president, a news release said.
The division will help businesses stay consistent and compliant with all standards on everything from QSR or pizza brand menu ingredient use to call center greetings and responses, regardless of chain size. IntelliShop's services will include outsourcing, shrinkage consultation and best practice audit programs

IntelliShop provides mystery shopping services to companies nationally, including data collection and reporting interpretation, business impact analyses and options for improvement.
