Papa John's launches text-message promotion

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Papa John's International Inc. is launching a "TEXTra Points 4 Pizza" text-message promotion to run concurrently with the NFL playoffs.
By texting "POINTS" to 47272 (4PAPA) or registering on the Papa John's Web site, customers will be signed up for the chance to receive deals on pizza at participating restaurants throughout the playoffs, based upon the number of points scored on the field. The promotion kicks off Jan. 5, and extends throughout the playoffs and the Super Bowl, Feb. 3.
