Papa Murphy’s Bridg(es) the marketing gap

Papa Murphy's executives said this week that they will use Bridg software to track vital information like the frequency of customer visits and how much money a diner spends per visit, as well other consumer behavior and store data to enhance their marketing efforts. 

"Customers today expect personalized marketing messages and offers and we're excited to be working with Papa Murphy's to help the company develop stronger relationships with its guests," said Amit Jain, founder and CEO of Bridg.

The software tracks data stored in POS systems, loyalty programs and online ordering portals in order to monitor individual customer behavior.
