Pizza Hut Middle East adds cheeseburgers, chicken to crust

While Pizza Hut just brought back its popular limited-time offering of Cheesy Bites pizza – with a crust of 28 cheese-filled bites – the company's international systems have taken things a step (or two) further.

Earlier this month, Pizza Hut UK began promoting a pizza that included a hot dog-stuffed crust, complete with mustard drizzle.

Now, Pizza Hut Middle East has launched its Crown Crust Carnival line, and guests can choose to stuff the crusts with a cheeseburger, add a cheeseburger as a topping, or do the same with chicken strips.

According to Gawker, the Cheese Burger Pizza is a "cheesy, burgery pizza pie with a crust made entirely out of open-faced sliders."

The Chicken Fillet Pizza is a BBQ chicken pizza topped with green peppers and crusted with mini chicken fillets.

According to the Huffington Post, Pizza Hut Middle East introduced a similar line in 2010, using meatballs and cream cheese filling in the crust.
