Pizza Hut's Tuscani Pastas a success
April 29, 2008
DALLAS — Pizza Hut's Tuscani Pastas have become one of the most successful new product launches in Pizza Hut history, the company says, selling more than two million dishes in the first month.
Tuscani Pastas come in two styles: Creamy Chicken Alfredo and Meaty Marinara. Both recipes feature rotini pasta and a blend of sauce and cheese that's added to the pasta before it is baked. Each three-pound serving of Tuscani Pastas comes with a bag of five breadsticks.
Tuscani Pastas cost $11.99 and can be ordered via telephone, online at the Pizza Hut Web site or through Pizza Hut's Total Mobile Access, using text messaging or mobile Web on a cellular phone.
