Pizza Inn, Pie Five treating veterans to free meals

Nov. 8, 2013

This Veterans Day, Nov. 11, participating Pizza Inn buffet restaurants across the country are inviting active-duty, reserve and retired service-members to a buffet on the house.

Additionally, Pizza Inn's sister concept, Pie Five Pizza Co., is inviting active-duty, reserve and retired service-members to order a free pie on Veterans Day. To redeem both offers, customers need to show a valid government/military ID.

"For more than two centuries, millions of brave men and women have fought and served to protect the freedoms that every American enjoys today," said Randy Gier, CEO of Pizza Inn Holdings Inc. "There's no way we can ever adequately repay them for their sacrifices, but we can offer them our genuine thanks and a delicious meal."
